Refund policy

1. General terms

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your Lumiskin product.

2. Return period

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To do this, please send an email with a return request to: lumiskin.box@gmail.com.

Please include in your email:

• order number

• your name and contact details

• reason for the return.

3. Return conditions

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in clean condition.
For beauty and skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

4. Defective or incorrect product

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect product so that we can resolve the situation quickly.
In such cases, all costs of return or exchange are covered by Lumiskin.

5. Return shipping costs

If the return is made at the customer’s discretion (for example, the product is not suitable), the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
If the product is damaged or was sent by mistake, the return shipping costs are covered by Lumiskin OÜ.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase:

• for card payments, the amount is refunded to the same card;

• for bank transfers, the amount is refunded to the same bank account.

The refunded amount includes the price of the product and, if applicable, the delivery cost (if it was originally paid by the customer).

7. Product exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for another one (for example, for a box for a different skin type), please contact us by e-mail.
Where possible, the exchange will be processed immediately after we receive the returned product.

8. Return address

We will send you the return address by e-mail after your return request has been confirmed.
Please do not send the parcel before contacting us.
