1. General Terms

1.1. Seller: Lumiskin OÜ
1.2. Online store: www.lumiskin.ee
1.3. The terms apply to all purchases regardless of the order amount or the customer’s location.
1.4. The seller has the right to change the Terms of Sale without prior notice. Any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

2. Prices and Payment

2.1. All prices in the online store are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
2.2. The seller has the right to change prices at any time. The prices valid at the time of placing the order apply.
2.3. Payment is made securely via bank link, card payment, or other payment solutions offered in the online store.
2.4. The order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

3. Ordering and Delivery

3.1. To place an order, select the desired products and fill in the required fields.
3.2. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the payment is received.
3.3. Delivery within Estonia usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times for international shipments depend on the destination country.
3.4. If a product is not available, the seller will inform the buyer and offer a replacement product or a refund.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
4.2. The returned product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
4.3. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except when the product is defective or incorrect.
4.4. The refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received.

5. Claims and Liability

5.1. All products are original and come from official suppliers.
5.2. If the received product is defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail at lumiskin.box@gmail.com  no later than 7 days after receiving the goods.
5.3. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products or not following the instructions.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The data provided by the buyer is used to process and deliver the order in accordance with the applicable privacy principles and data protection laws.
6.2. The seller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases required by law or to service providers necessary for delivery.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. In case of disputes, the buyer may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
