Shipping policy
1. General information
Lumiskin OÜ delivers orders within Estonia and, if necessary, to other European countries. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience.
For orders from €49, delivery within Estonia is free, unless stated otherwise.
2. Delivery methodsWhen placing an order, the customer can choose a suitable delivery method:
- To a parcel machine (Omniva, Itella SmartPOST, DPD);
- Courier delivery to your home (please provide the exact address and contact phone number);
- International delivery – during checkout, the delivery cost and estimated delivery time will be shown.
- Orders within Estonia are usually delivered within 1–5 business days after the payment has been received.
- International shipments may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and the courier service.
- During holidays and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer.
If the ordered products are not immediately available, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time.
4. Order trackingAfter the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an e-mail with a tracking link, which allows you to follow the movement of the parcel in real time.
5. Responsibility for deliveryOnce the order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
Lumiskin is not responsible for delays caused by:
- disruptions in the work of the courier or transport company;
- incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer;
- unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, technical issues).
When the parcel arrives at the parcel machine or is delivered by the courier to the specified address, we kindly ask you to collect your order as soon as possible.
After a certain storage period (usually 7 days), an unclaimed parcel is returned to the sender.
If the parcel arrives damaged, you must inform both the courier service and Lumiskin at lumiskin.box@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
If the parcel is lost, we will initiate an investigation together with our logistics partner. If necessary, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund.
At the moment, we do not deliver orders outside the European Union without a separate agreement.
